Omg it might be coincidence but everytime I complaint here on Casino Guru, casinos always resolve the problem right away and send me the withdrawal in like 5 minutes. Happened with Icecasino and now Slothunter. Yes in this case I passed every verification, were told and confirmed that I was fully verified. Later on, they rejected my withdrawal saying I need to upload a selfie showing full shoulders, elbows, forearms with a crystal clear ID that they can see everything which is extremely tough to get them all in one photo. Anyway, thanks casino guru, they approved my first withdrawal, I received the funds, but unfortunately rejected my second one saying it's more than the limit ($cad7500). But based on their terms and condition, it is still under the limit. I tried to get that information from support, I would say 9 out of 10 of them told me the limit was $cad7500, while only one saying it was $4500. Anyway, at least they are not withholding it any more
