Why there is no authority to check this type of casino who never respect the withdrawal timeframe shown on the website? No replies to all my emails, no live chat available. Everybody should fill a complaint not here but to CEG as I just did. file

It takes away all the winning satisfaction having to fill complaints just to get your winnings paid

Hi, how long is the time frame the casino gives for the withdrawal and how long does it take you ? As far as replying to your emails is concerned, it is definitely not nice when the casino does not communicate and you have no relevant information or reasons why you are in such a situation. 

However, I noticed that a few months ago you had a complaint against this casino with us, but it was rejected because you didn't answer Nick's questions, which is a pity. So I'm thinking that since you've already had trouble here, is it worth it to play here again ? 

Besides, since you also mentioned that you opened a complaint with the licensing authority, would it be possible to update us on how things are going ? I think it could be useful for other players if they browse this thread. 

Anyway, I hope you will be able to solve this case and you will get your money. Whether that happens or not, let us know. 🙂

Timeframe on their t&c for withdrawals is up to 72hr which in my case was way over. Minutes after I posted yesterday on here the issue, I found the money back to my player account with the message that credit card withdrawal is not available and I have to withdraw via bank transfer. I'm 100% sure it's just a method to delay the withdrawals as much as possible. I'll keep you updated as soon as I'll get a reply from CEG. Regarding my emails I still didn't get any reply whatsoever for 5 days now. Thank you!

The biggest red flag is that the live chat option has been removed ( last week was still available) and there are no replies to my emails, not even with the usual lies about technical problems etc. Honestly I'm expecting anytime to find that their website doesn't exist anymore. Regards

So I get it. I wonder if the bank transfer will go through and you will be able to withdraw this way. I really hope so.

As for the live chat, it's a pity it was cancelled, but if you couldn't find out the relevant information there, I have a feeling it doesn't make any difference. But I definitely understand that a reply to a player with information is always at least a plus and comforting.

Regarding the update, I'll wait to see what new information you'll get or if you'll get money. Good luck. ☘️

they don't reply to my emails and are unable to process my 200 euro withdrawal for a long time. Be careful about this casino. Please, take care of their 8.3 rating. There is something very shady about this casino's behaviour.
