I have the same problem. My withdrawal is now pending for 8 days. If I don’t have it by next week I also start an complaint.

A lot of similar complaints about this casino, that doesn’t give hope ☹

Hello, I can see that there are quite a lot of you and I'm quite sorry that it's like this and you still don't have your money. I would like to say that 8 days is not a big deal yet, but since we both have the opportunity to see other people's cases, I am a bit skeptical. 

Of course, if nothing changes for another week, don't hesitate to file a complaint. I would be very happy if it wasn't necessary. If you have something new, let me know.

But did they verify your account? i send my documents 16th november. im still not verified

They didn’t ask for documents (and there isn’t a upload page on the site) so ask if everything was okay with my withdrawal and they answered that everything is okay and that they going to send the money. But that was 8 days ago. Asked again last Monday and they said they had some problems but the money would be in my bank account in a few days. But if I see all the complaints I don’t believe that. 🙁

I see you haven't gotten anywhere yet and you had a complaint filed with us that wasn't resolved by the casino, which is a shame. The only positive thing about this situation is that the casino got black points and its safety index was lowered, so other players will have an idea of how it's like here. 

However, I see that you are still trying to communicate with the casino, but you are not succeeding. To tell you the truth, I don't know if you will be able to get your money back because it seems that they are not trying to solve your case.

If by chance you have an answer or something new, let me know.

Hopefully your choice of casino will be better in the future and you won't run into something similar. 😭

I see that you have a very similar situation and the casino didn't solve your problems either. 

As far as verification is concerned, what is the issue if they can't verify you ? The casino not communicating is probably not news anymore since you are not the first, but it is definitely not right of them. 

I'd be happy if you got your money, although I'm not sure if that will happen. Anyway, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

How long did it ultimately take to receive your money? And did you have to provide any documents for verification?

I made a withdrawal using bank transfer yesterday and I haven't been contacted to provide documents (which is standard procedure on all other casinos i have played on)

The exact same situation happened to me. However, I sent my documents on November 16th and to this day I haven't received a single reply about it. They don't answer me either on livechat or by email.

I just got paid out. €5 less than the amount I withdrew though. Probably withdrawal fees or something.

I have also these same issues with this casino. I made withdrawal request of 1500 euros almost 3 months ago and 2 months ago they asked documents to verify my account. That is the last time I have heard anything from them. They dont answer to any of my messages. They just ignore everything. This casino is a total scam.
