I'm not surprised that this is the case with this casino. The Safety Index speaks for itself, I would say, and it's a shame that we are not able to help in such a situation when the casino does not cooperate. But I'm glad that you continue to update your situations and I hope that as many players as possible who would like to play here will get to it.

SPINSHEAVEN not paying withdrawals. Like a lot of you, I made a deposit of £50 and amazingly won £850. Have withdrawn it but they refuse to pay. They have now blocked me from Live Chat which proves they are a SCAM. They do not reply to emails. Glad I only wasted £50 and I know I'll never see the winnings!!

Hello, I see that there are still players who play in this casino. 

Did you check any information before you went to play there? I'm sure you would have been discouraged from making even a small deposit. 

Since they don't answer you and stuff, it's probably going to be hard to get anything from them. 

They don't answer our complaints either, so I'd say the players probably won't see anything.

With a casino like this, I'm not even surprised to be honest. Did you try to write any emails why this is the case? I wouldn't be surprised either if you don't get any reply.

Still waiting for my withdrawal since 3rd March! Can you believe they are still copy and pasting the same old.

FYI the casino name has now changed to slotsangels1.com

@admin should i raise a new complaint under the new casino name?

Unfortunately, we had no response from the casino back then, and your case finished as unresolved.

I will inform our data team about the name change, and we will update it in our system, but I am not sure it'll change anything regarding your complaint, you know.

You surely won't lose anything for trying, though, I would say. 🤷‍♀️

I've waited since 20tu February. Few weeks ago they blocked my account so I have no access anymore
