I closed my account with them. Even their customer service was unaware that the withdrawal methods they offered didn't work. They told me to try Netteler, which didn't work... too bad.

Hello, hm, not the best experience in this casino, I see. As for closing the account, are you still trying to do that or not ? Sometimes it's not that easy and it can take a while.
