Do not recommend to play here. After i claimed welcome bonus my account are closed after deposit.
Passed more that week, casino still do not answer what happened.

Hi there. I am really sorry you have found yourself in this situation. You have done the right thing and opened a complaint and there I can read an information you gave our team, that the casino has explained to you what is going on with your account. At least now you know that they have to investigate, even though I believe they are suppose to inform the player prior to the block of the account is actually done. We always recommend to fully cooperate with the casino and provide all the information needed. It is always the best way to resolve the issue.

I made deposit here, but after 10 minutes account was blocked. Casino said that they need to make "providers verification". In really this was time wasting, they blocked me, asking a lot of strange photos. When i sent all what required in sister casinos, they do not unblock me. Scamming project include more casinos. do not reccommend.

Hi, does that mean you didn't get your deposit back ? Did the casino even contact you to tell you whether they found out or not ? Did you ask them why they didn't unblock your account when you sent what was needed ?
I also saw that if this is related to your closed complaint, it was mentioned that you failed to verify with sister casino and you were unable to provide evidence that you had submitted documents for verification. 🤔
