The first one was Jan 18th by bank transfer.


I asked them to cancel and put in a visa request on 14th May.

Thanks for sharing . Can you please tell me what details did u enter to process your withdrawal via visa as they are asking for the long card number and cvv as well which is not safe and no one ask for these details in withdrawls . Also if you kindly share screen shot of money you recieved in your bank . Thanks

I'm sorry to say that, but I would not expect the payment. As you know from your direct perspective, this casino ignores players' complaints which is quite a demonstration of how little they care.

So, asking when you are supposed to cancel the withdrawal again demanding a different payment option really has no point. I imagine it plays to the casino's cards that you canceled it once already.

So I cancelled it for a second time and put another withdrawal request in for £300 instead of the full amount.


This time I received a confirmation email of the transaction which I did not receive on the first 2 attempts.

I ment that when i finally got my money out of superb by giving them the hole visacard number,here was few sceptics that they might use that number to empty the bank account,so i said that not yet they havent touched my money!

The account was fully verified at the time of registration, that was the trick , the way they were doing verification looked like it will be a genuine casino .

my withdrawal are cancelled 3 times before .. my first withdrawal was back in October last year

This time i made withdrawal to my card , still on awaiting.
