If the deposit size does have something to do with it then I have no chance, I deposited £100 to get the £100 new account bonus but my withdrawal is for £759.01.

I think that's the problem - if you withdraw (or if your balance) is more than your deposit, they dig their heels in / go AWOL.

Unless there's any hard lads fancy going on knocking on their doors in Curacao, I think we're stuffed.

some appear to have been lucky. I have definitely been paid more than my deposits equal so think positive, and let us know how you go.

Hi Romi, sure are better casinos, and pleased I got paid. Not going to play there I don't think.

Hi Ritt, I only chose bitcoin because they wanted my credit card (not debit card) details and I only used debit card to deposit (and usually withdraw). Apparently the rules have changed for Australian players - but other casinos still paying to my debit card. It took less than a week.

I don't blame you at all because I would have made the same decision if I had gone through the same situation as you.

Another week - no money. Despite various chats which the AI gives the same cut and paste response ("the financial department are looking at my withdrawal as a priority", they have now removed the chat function from my account. So I now have no way of contacting them (not that the AI told me anything real or legit). Thieving scum.

Hello, I would say that it was not a good choice of casino, I'm afraid you will really get a hard time. How long have you been waiting, please? I've looked at the casino and they don't even answer complaints, so I would recommend that too, but it probably won't be a good result.

The fact that they removed your chat option probably speaks for itself and I probably wouldn't take it positively. 

Next time I would be careful where I deposit my money and make sure you do your research to avoid this. 

I hope it will move forward somehow, although I wouldn't put much faith in it. 😥

So my last withdrawal request from the 6th June did not come through.


I have just put in my first Bitcoin withdrawal request in now, see if there is any joy with this one.

Did you even try to ask the reason or not ? I firmly believe that crypto will pass and you will also get money like the others. I would be very happy and I will wait for your update. 🤞

I see that not everyone managed to withdraw. I can't guess if it was just a coincidence in some cases and now the casino is back in the same position or what. Obviously only time will tell.

Yep and there is other sites too,like golden lion casino,same owners and doesn't pay ,i have withdraw from there 100e about 6 months ago and they have returned that money from my casino account twice,i have asked reason for that but never got anykind of answer,luckily i have never deposit any money there,like i have told here earlier,for some reason i got my 100e from suberb after 6 months ,so its perhaps random who they pay from time to time.
