The Pokies was refered by a friend to me , understandably as it's not exactly the most easy or common casino to come across . Hi. In the review it says this casino accepts players from new Zealand but when I go to deposit it only gives me the options to say im from Australia. Maybe I'm doing somethimg wrong but i don't believe it does accept players from new zealand?

I tried to find the list of allowed/restricted countries but could not find any.

So I tried their search tool and find information about fees and withdrawals for players from NZ:

So it seems that players from New Zealand are accepted, I wish I could ask the live chat operator...

according to our Data Team, players from New Zealand can't make any deposits at the moment due to some kind of technical problem. It's going to be fixed, sadly there is no precise deadline yet.

I'd assume that withdrawals suffer the same issue. 🙁

This is my favorite casino they have lots of games and providers. My favorite providers are Aristocrat games not many casinos have this provider, and Quickspin. I often deposit here the PayId deposit suits me better and i have had little wins now and then and the money is usually in my account the next day. The only thing that is a little frustating is trying to get a human to chat with the Bot doesn't give you many options to choose from when he asks what questions you want to ask, I haven't had any problems with this casino sometimes I just want to ask a simple question to make sure I understand for example rules of a deposit bonus etc. and it is a very long wait to finally get a human. I will admit it takes a few deposits but so far I have had winnings of $1,600 $2350, $12,000 and $5600 and smaller ones in-between and I have received every cent never had an issue

Hi I was permanently restricted when I have been waiting for my winnings to be withdrawn,


This account I had deposited to by my son which means it would withdrawn to hiss account


But it restricted me while improgress of withdrawing what do I do

Yes I am aware that multiple people are not allowed to play on the same account and this is not what has happened all the problem was, is that I had no funds in my bank so I just asked my son to deposit the money and I gave the cash back to him it saved me from going out late in the cold to make a bank atm deposit

I understand what happened, but what you just mentioned is a big red flag for any casino. Using payment methods registered to other people than you is strictly forbidden in every single casino I know. It's not something they made up to harass you, but it's one of the basic anti money-laundering requirements 😕 To be fair, I used to do exactly the same in a time when I didn't work in igaming. My dad gave me cash and I topped up his casino account. His account ended to be banned permanently for that reason.

I withdrew $500 dollars but unfortunately entered my last digit on my account details incorrect, not realising at the time I had put

The number 5 when it should have been 6. I was told by The Pokies casino that the withdrawal had been transferred and that I should contact my bank, I contacted my bank straight away , they told me that the account number I had entered when I made the withdrawal was not anyone's account ,so I need not worry that the payment was automatically sent back to the provider, well the nxt step was , The Pokies advising me that it could take up to ten days to appear, so I waited, ten , twenty , thirty days , constantly being told that they had not received the payment , and then they blocked me from any contact with there casino , I can't even log in to my account.
