The casino itself is unreliable.


They asked me to make a withdrawal using the same method I deposited with. After a 48-hour pending period, they claimed the method "doesn’t work," then asked me to change the withdrawal method, which started a new pending period. They also came up with the most ridiculous excuses.


They kept this up until I got frustrated and ended up losing my entire balance of over €9,000.


This seems to be a common tactic, as other reviews report the same experience.


Worst of all, the casino automatically "purchases" cryptocurrency when you deposit, which caused some minor issues with my bank here in Sweden.

I'm really sorry for your experience at this casino.

Unfortunately, I am not in place to know if they really experienced some issues as they told you, so I just hope that next time you will be able to keep your balance and our complaint team will do everything possible to help if any similar issue arises.
