Hi, so in July last year I was having issues getting verified...well I am FINALLY verified BUT I entered my withdrawal of a meagre $150.00 and they cancelled "at my request" they said on my email. OK, just re-request they say BUT the minimum withdrawal amount is now $160. tricky, so you have to play again and try to get your balance up by ten dollars. OK, done, request withdrawal for that amount and surprise surprise money is returned "at my request" they say and I am now at a minimum withdrawal of $180 (when I have $175 in my account). They are "looking into this" after hours on chat (and some operators just end the chat when it gets too hard) and tell me to wait for an email. This is a sham site for sure..... but just thought I would update my comments. Don't see any point in a complaint as they don't appear to respond to your requests. Much thanks, and I will update - but not holding my breath. Kirsty

Thanks for the update. 

According to what they say the casino is quite dishonest and I would not like to have anything more to do with them. I doubt if you will get money from them if they are always raising the minimum withdrawal according to how much money you have in your account. 

Anyway, if you want to file a complaint, at least the casino will get black points and the safety index will be lowered, but probably not too much since it's not a high amount, so I'll leave the decision up to you. 

Either way, I would like to forget about this casino as soon as possible.😕

Tricky, the reason the withdrawal amount keeps changing is its in euro and its the conversion rate. But it must have been alright at some stage - cause I withdrew but it was cancelled. Just monitoring at the moment looking for the window where I am able to enter withdrawal. will update. If I do get paid I will dump this site like a hot potato.....

Eu também estou na mesma situação, solicitei o saque em 02/09/25 e até hoje até o suporte por chat continua me informando que há atrasos nos pagamentos e que serei contatado por e-mail. De qualquer forma, já perdi as esperanças, registrei uma reclamação, vamos torcer para que tudo dê certo.

Hey, I'd say it's not possible. From what I've seen, the casino doesn't respond to our complaints, so if they don't talk to you and you haven't received anything yet, I don't see it as a good thing.

Anyway, I would still file a complaint to drop the safety index even lower and you can basically alert other players with your complaint.
