my deposits refunds complaint has been unjustified from casino about Wintomato. I sent the closure mail to them but my account wasn’t closed for 36 hours I lost another 250$. I have all the evidences to casinoguru but complaint was rejected for unknown reason saying manually operator close players account it takes 3-4 days. Bit it never says anywhere in their terms and conditions and 24 hours from the moment of closure letter receipt. I think casinoguru always reject my complaints especially operators not closing my accounts whenever I asked them to. If gambling addiction people ask to close the accounts the operators have to do it immediately. Why my complaint as rejected even I followed the operator terms and conditions?

Casinoguru have to proceed the complaints according to the casinos terms and conditions not your own terms. There was a enough time for my account to be closed but they didn’t do it. Still now they never responded to my mails as well either. My jvspin complaint the same thing my account wasn’t closed for one month I lost another 200$ but casinoguru said I didn’t jump in to live chat because they have that option. We are sending mail to close the accounts but the casinos didn’t want to close it but you are saying we are not entitled for refunds. Very funny procedure you have.

I sent the mail to close my account Friday on Australian time morning 5am it means Curacao time 2pm on Thursday. Since Thursday 2pm to Friday 5pm there was a sufficient time to close my account but they didn’t do it and check the emails. I was waiting in the chat to close my account before I made deposits but nobody answers in the chat.
