Sadly, Curacao licenses are still quite "unsettled" and disorganized, I understand your dilemma...

Well, from my perspective, it makes sense to sacrifice some time to try to reason up with the licensing authority. I would start the lawsuits only as the last resort option. 


Yet, I agree it sucks anyway.

yes, lawsuit is my last resort but considering every lawyer I’ve spoken to is interested because it’s quite "straightforward" in their words… it’s surprising DAMA don’t want to settle as it’ll cost them a lot more should they lose in court

It's a pity if the casino doesn't want any dialogue, but I've looked at it and the safety index is below average, which on the other hand doesn't surprise me that much. 

As for whether the licensing authority handles such cases, I know at least from other players that they are not quick to write off, if they write off at all, so it's not certain how it will turn out. You'll have to see for yourself what your experience will be.

If nothing happens and you use the services of a lawyer, feel free to let me know how the case progresses and what you managed to resolve.

the rating was above average until they got hammered with black points for being a casino group against fair gaming.


sent a follow up to one of the parent company (softswiss) as a courtesy that this is the last attempt to settle before we file in court. Maybe they weren’t aware of DAMA groups weird behaviour


Also followed up with antillephone but not expecting to hear back, just making sure I have all the receipts for the lawyer that I’ve tried every path to resolve this

Yes, I saw their black points hit them pretty hard. 

Regarding the rest of what you wrote, I see that you are trying to find solutions, which I quite appreciate. 

On the other hand, the casino would have to step up to the plate, and if that doesn't happen, legal action is probably the last resort. 

I'm quite curious myself how things will go in your case. 

I'll be glad to hear about any changes.

Yes, I've heard about it and it's a good question. Each of these sub licenses has its own complaint procedure. I'm not sure how they will set it up and whether the old cases will be transferred to the new authority and whether they will have a process in place to deal with complaints right from the start of the new one. Obviously we will only know in time when this happens. 

So we'll be here when anything new comes up, I think several other players might be interested in it as well.

Just go straight to lawyering up.


CGB (Curacao Gaming Control Board) looks to be the sole licensing body when the changeover is complete.

I suspect that Antillephone is probably all but dismantled at this point, as their who reason to exist is about to be gone. No free money coming in, no more employees, no more Antillephone.


On the otherhand, DAMA sure as shit ain't going anywhere, at least not while they've got a war in Ukraine to fund.


P. S. Getting the judgement you're looking for still doesn't guarantee that you're gonna get paid. If you make the Putin mad, the Putin will not pay you regardless of the decision of the court.

Well, according to the link at the bottom of the page, there are 102 people on the Casino Guru team, including one whom is listed as Co-Founder and FORMER head of product, and also.. you!! You also appear to be the 6th person to join Team Guru lol
