bets.io arbitrarily closed my account and stole $15,000. They claimed I violated their terms and conditions but didn’t tell me what. It’s just a black hole scam crypto website I can’t believe I fell for this. I want to warn others to stay away.


The money is obviously gone. There’s no way they’re going to give me that back. I just wanted to warn others. This site is a rogue website That’s a scam. I feel so stupid and I cannot believe I fell for this.

Well, I read about the whole situation that happened to you, and I'm sorry to hear that. The casino has a pretty poor safety rating, so I'm not surprised this happened. 

Based on what I saw in the screenshots, I'd say the casino might have thought you were using some unauthorized apps or software that was supposed to help you. Then there was something mentioned about verification—did you go through it or not at all?

You filed a complaint, so we’ll see if anything gets resolved or not. I’m curious myself to see what happens.

I was going off askgamblers who rates them highly. If they think I’m just gonna walk away so they can steal my money they have another thing coming

if anyone has any connections to crypto casino world I’d appreciate it. In the future I warn everyone to stay away from them I feel so stupid

Two things are going to happen: 1. Either they refund my deposit for stealing or 2. The entire world finds out what a real fraud bets.io is and they will shut down. If they wanna die on the hill for $14,000, that’s their choice. I will not be quiet about this.

How’s my complaint going? I have to re-submit my complaint as it’s not delayed payment it’s just a closed and stolen money. How do I write a review about them? They are not a choice to review on here.

All you needed to do was keep the complaint open and specify in the complaint that this was the issue, and our team would have handled it. By doing this, you unnecessarily wasted time and prolonged the entire resolution process.

If you have an open—and therefore pending—complaint against the casino, you can write a review, but it will only be approved or rejected after the complaint is resolved and its outcome is determined.

If this casino isn’t in our system and a review is still being prepared for it, you won’t find it there and you can’t leave a review for it.

I apologize. The problem was the complaint was initially filed as a payout delay. But had subsequently been upgraded to an account closure and fund seizure.

Therefore, your website Casino guru wanted me to wait two weeks as it was a payout delay, but this is no longer a payout delay. I felt it was appropriate to remark the complaint as rogue and account closure, which is what happened subsequent to me filing the original complaint.

i do apologize if ive hurt casinoguru. I just wanted it to be clear. I would like to get them listed so reviews can be written and others warned from being stolen from.


The fact they have a 9.5 rating on askgamblers and steal is very important this get rectified. This website needs to be put on notice for everyone

By the way, I never answered your questions directly and I apologize for that too. I was really seeing Red at the time.

I played blackjack maybe twice before they closed my account so I don’t even know what I could’ve been using. I didn’t use any software or app nor do I have access to any. I am one of the top tiers at several legitimate gambling websites such as BC.game and have wagered over $12 million USD.


secondly, I totally completed all their KYC instructions, despite them advertising as non-KYC. I have records of all of this as well as the ridiculous demands they had made me do. Such as when I wrote on a piece of paper with a selfie, they said the paper had to be lined and it couldn’t be a blank sheet of paper…


The most important thing to me at this point if I can’t get my money backis to warn the community and gamblers that this website steals

Also, thanks for answering my questions. You’ve clarified things for me, and that’s important. If you’re verified and haven’t used anything, then I’d appreciate it if the casino could comment on this further. But since you’ve opened a new complaint, we’ll have to wait for that.

I responded to Karla and thank you for your help. They are a bad actor in this space and need to be exposed. At this juncture I just want people to know this is a scam website and for them to be aware so I can help others avoid this scam in the future

There’s no clear explanation of this change, which raises a serious questions.
