Sir i sent 30 emails still not got any answer from team . I m not getting verification code on Google authenticator. I contacted with support team and they said they can't help and send email to our support team. But still not nobody answering

Hi, I'm sorry that this situation has arisen. I'm surprised that they appealed to you to email them and then didn't give you any answer. Obviously I would like to know what I should do in such a situation. 

Anyway, do you know why you don't get the code you need? Did you also try to look for some problem in the application itself where the code is supposed to come from? Since when do you have this problem and before it worked normally?

Okay, and there is no such thing as forgetting your password on your mobile phone so you can reset it or something like that? I can't send you any email to reset 2FA. Did you write to the casino about this problem?

Yes i sent 30+ email to casino support and still not received any answer. Casino support service told me they can't help and you have send email they have only access to reset 2fa security to our support team and I did. But not received any response from email

Bc game application customer service is very cheap and they never helped me. This is first time seeing in my life customer service is not have access to help customers

I forget password and I changed but still they are asking for verification code on Google authenticator for login but i am not getting verification code . Please this help i needed . If they can send verification code on other way like email or registered mobile number then i can do . But there is no other option to login

Okay, but the casino doesn't seem to have anything with the authenticator and it's sent to you by Google. Didn't you try to check the support there and they could help you since the code comes from them and not from the casino? You could tell them what the problem is and maybe they would at least try to solve it if the casino can't. 

Alternatively, try searching for the problem on the internet, there's a lot of it out there and maybe you'll find some solutions. But I would probably try some google support if they have it.

I already tried and support already said they don't have access to reset 2fa security. They said you have to send email to bc support team and only they can solve your issue regarding reset 2fa security. They Will give you access to reset 2fa security
