Hi! I would love your help too please! They approved my 1st withdrawal (requested $2000 on June 7 and another $2000 on June 8.) and I'm still getting the polite runaround that it is coming...and that they can't approve the second one until they pay me the first one...all via bitcoin. Thanks for your help!

Hi, you've been waiting for a month for your money, which would be extremely long for me. What is the casino giving you as a reason for not paying you out yet ? I would like to say that we give casinos 14 days to sort out everything necessary around the withdrawal and therefore send the money to the player.

So if you haven't moved in all that time, maybe we can lend a helping hand and you can try to open a complaint with us.

It has now been over 4 months since my March 21, 2024 withdrawal request from Posh Casino. They quit communicating with me for several weeks. Last week, after contacting them once again, they finally responded with their same generic email blaming their "payment service providers".

I have asked them to just tell me if they do not intend to pay me, to no avail.

My question is, if you've been trying to withdraw money for so long, why didn't you contact us to get our team to take a look and try to do something about it ? You think that's not appropriate ? I'm not saying we have to help you get the money, but it's definitely a good thing to do, because if they don't try to resolve it, then they'll get black points if the complaint ends up being unresolved.

I tried to initiate a complaint, but was told since posh-casino.com is an invitation only casino, you couldn’t help.

If that has changed, I would certainly any assistance you can give me!

Oh I completely forgot that this is about this casino or app. Unfortunately, as we have said before, it is not possible to file a complaint against such. I'm sorry I got you mixed up, but I completely missed it. 

Anyway, I'm sorry about your situation and I'm sorry that it hasn't moved anywhere. Hopefully it will get better though I wouldn't be sure.

I’ve played online with posh casino for over 5 years. I’ve had positive withdrawal experiences in the past. Now I won big (well big for me anyways) and requested three different withdrawals one for $2500 and 2 for $1000 each. Requested withdrawal of winnings on April 30, 2024. It is now August 20, 2024, and nothing received. I have contacted the casino numerous times via chat and email, and I receive the same excuse each time, blaming high volume of requests and offer to escalate my $2500 request because they can only do one at a time apparently. I played with deposited crypto funds. In addition to this, they’ve removed me as a player that’s allowed to receive their promotional bonuses anymore. Their promotional codes don’t work for me anymore, so I’m assuming that means I’m never going to be paid because they don’t even want me playing on their website anymore. Now that I actually won… I have no idea what steps to take, or what can be done… i’m very disappointed. I used to be a huge advocate and now I’m extremely disappointed and assuming I’m never seeing any of those winnings…

That's a shame, I know we couldn't help the other player in his situation either, because as has been said the casino is "invitation only" It's sad that you used to have a good experience with them and that has changed over time. I don't even know what to say in this situation because I would like to give you some reassurance but on the other hand I don't want to mislead and say something that doesn't have to be that way. 

I probably wouldn't expect to get the money and therefore it will probably be difficult to get it when it's been almost 4 months. 😥

There is hope people. I just got paid via bank wire since the withdraw was approved on 6/4/24. So here we are 3 1/2 months later and they PAID!! Will never play here again but rest assured you will get paid eventually

I just received a bitcoin deposit (I assume it must be from Posh Casino) after waiting 6 months. They did not have the courtesy to notify me the money had been sent….. I discovered it when checking my bitcoin account. However, I feel lucky I ever received anything from them.

Will not play in Posh Casino again. There are TOO many casinos that pay within 24 hours to 3-days.
