Hi, I've read your complaint and it's been quite a long time since a clear solution has not come up. As for the email, I don't understand why the casino asked for it again when they have emailed Matej before. However, so far it looks like we will have to wait for the casino to respond so that our team has a chance to evaluate it. 

Regarding the authority, have you filed a complaint against them yet ? What did they tell you ? 

Well.., they are crooks! Thats the perfect definition of a casino with that many complaints and a non-existing guideline by an official authority.

This should give you the answer to your question about the authority.

Definition of an authority: the power or right to give orders, make decisions, and enforce obedience. They would have the power but never use it. You should ask the right question: why are they never, NEVER, help, act, change or something? An authority would do that, right. Otherwise it doesn’t make sense to have an authority in place…

The answer is simple…, and everybody know it…

I understand that you are angry because I would be too. But we can't force the casino or the authorities to react in anyone's favour. But we can disagree. 

As for the authority itself, we can see that it is Curacao, and lately it is what it is. I would like to have positive thoughts and say that everything will be sorted out, but I do not want to promise something that does not have to be fulfilled. Anyway, I wish you the best of luck and I firmly believe that everything will be resolved in a fair way.
