It's telling they will not engage in on this thread and will not answer simple questions.


My solicitors confirmed they are getting read reports on their emails but no engagement so this has been forwarded in the court claim. As well as evidence from my complaint thread.

Here are some of the read reports regarding the letters from my solicitor. West are reading them and then not engaging.

Attached is the lie Eduard told in the complaint thread.

The complaint was refused by MGA and they directed me to ECOGRA. MGA said they do not get involved with Operators and players regarding KYC matters. Yet again just utter lies from West. Eduard has also refused to answer the below three questions on 4 occassions now.

MGA won't help with KYC matters, they are not fit for purpose. West/Goldwin have tried this with other players. I'd stick with the court route (if you say you have family who can help) you'll end up getting more with the fees and compensation.

Latest absurd reponse/More lies from 'Eduard' in West Casino complaint thread.

Despite numerous Casinoguru employees stating the 9 passport pictures are fine, ECOGRA stating they see nothing wrong them they are saying this again.

Eduard also thought he was being clever attaching a response from the MGA, which actually just backed up my point that they don't get involved with KYC matters for players. Not looked at my case specifically.

This is the issue, it's either personal or this Eduard is not intelligent.

I would encourage anyone to look at the time in which 'Eduard' replies in my complaint thread. He's sick, he replies every 1 minute after I post, usually posting lies or misunderstanding basic documents.


I really really hope no players touch this casino after what they've seen me go through. This is sick behaviour, it's obvious gaslighting, bullying and breaching consumer rights.

This was disappointing from CG. Refusing to provide a statement regarding their opinion of West and the documents. HOWEVER I am simply using the below as the statement and sending the complaint thread as evidence in the disclosure file for the court.

Casinos barely address such conversations, and when it comes to the licensing authorities, I have never seen their presence here. This makes sense to me; as long as we are not the official authority and they have their own ways of being contacted, I would be very surprised to see a different effect. 🙁

Nevertheless, after reading your complaint, I must admit that I find it incomprehensible that none of the images were approved. At least, I would have preferred more specific answers from the casino.

They have been served with a court summons and opened it. See here.


Everything has been sent to MGA and ECOGRA (If they even care). I'll keep it all documented here so players can see the behaviour.

Well, it's sad about this whole thing and I'm glad you shared some new things with us. It's good to know how the casino handles different situations and I don't think they have managed this one. 😕

Latest Update


West Casino/Goldwin Casino have one day left to engage with pre action from Carribjustice courts to avoid default judgement on my behalf.

My EU court claim is still in process.

The casino has not provided an official deadlock letter (Despite me chasing for two weeks for this).

ECOGRA have been sent multiple emails for well over a week. No response.

MGA are refusing to engage.

I look forward to seeing whether the new day brings a new update since they have the last chance to get involved.

Just for my personal interest, have you tried to involve ADR? I would certainly try that because they are something like the MGA's right hand.

They casino has done the same to me in a lot of ways. But they are breaching UK law here. I have contacted action fraud and the UKGC.

I hope Casinoguru blacklists this casino as they are breaking UK law at least.

Hey, I see that your complaint is still open so there is a chance that it will be resolved somehow. I would certainly be happy but I see that you have taken it to other authorities as well and so I am curious to see how it all turns out. 

Regarding the casino blacklisting, we mostly scour the blacklists and don't do too much of it ourselves. So it's quite possible that you wouldn't find this casino in something like that on our site.

The casino is blatantly breaking UK law and UKGC law. I have contacted action fraud and had to name Casinoguru as you would be classed as complicit here.

We are trying to help you in your situation and you say we are complicit ? That doesn't make sense to me. Of course, if you feel that speaking to other authorities will help, then perhaps you will get a fair resolution to your case.

It's based on what ActionFraud told me on the phone. They say legally you would be classed as complicit as you are aware of the operation but have no disclaimers for players on the site. Apparently it's something to do with the link on your site linking through to Goldwin and West. It's not my opinion, just the law. I had to name you.

They did something similair to me over a year ago. I did a solicitor and court and won compensation.

IMPORTANT UPDATE TO ALL FOLLOWING THE THREAD - IT'S GOOD NEWS


The carribjustice court has ruled in my favour as Galdiator Holdings N.V (West sister company) did not respond. The operator has been informed of this as of July 30th.


Judgement was €650 due to compensation.


The operator has until August 13th to settle judgment or I have to pay enforcement.


The EU claim against Goldwin Ltd (West parent company) Is still pending. EU is very very slow.

That's great news I would say. I'm glad you managed to bring the case to a fair resolution. It's not often that it ends up like this, so I'm all the happier.

I'm hoping this helps others.

The casino still has to comply or enforcement and charges are brought against Gladiator Holdings. I also have my EU civil claim against Goldwin LTD.

CG have to put warnings on West and Goldwin. I have been off for about 10 days with Covid and the amount of people who are having similair issues is criminal!
