I have some updates regarding this topic as of 2026. KSA has now handed out a record €24.8M fine to Novatech Solutions N.V. connected to Qbet and 55Bet. Fortaprime SRL was also fined €1.8M, with names like Amonbet, Luckymax and Supraplay appearing in the case.
The key point is that the regulator was reportedly able to sign up, deposit and play from the Netherlands, which is why this matters. KSA also mentioned age-check issues and crypto deposits as part of the concerns.
