Thanks but I don’t have that merchant on my bank. There were other ones but I can’t remember which ones. Had an email from Walletto but no idea what transactions it’s for now! Hopefully someone else can help please??

I submitted 66 chargebacks totalling £7350 through Virgin Money - the merchant was DSOL PAY - same as Swipez.


after 45 days they went unchallenged and all were credited back to me.


not sure why Swipez would offer anything. I was honest with Virgin money and they told me I can report as item not as described

I’ve tried to locate the emails but can’t find them - I complained initially.


was honest re gambling and explained that they have mis represented transactions.


they resulted the complaint and informed me that the disputes team supported a case and said I could dispute 66 transactions.


I emailed them everything and they submitted a claim based on items not as described - this was led by them and not me


resulted in all 66 being returned as the were not disputed
