Gambling transactions only apply if coded as gambling, in most cases these tranactions are miscoded on purpose, also people are falsely told that these casinos are legal to operate in there country when they are not, this is misrepresentation, both of these are grounds for chargeback under master card ruled

Sadly, my bank do not agree with that....
There's nothing in MC rules that explicitly state only transactions coded 7995 can be gambling.
There is no chargeback code for misrepresentation, per se.
