Hi bud, its part of Nauda pay. Not really much you can do if I'm honest. They go straight to the casino and try and sort it. Although you can try as your circumstances may be different? Nauda/Noda pay it is bud!

I had to do that go through the chat logs and send over the chat logs that show your a victim and keep reiterating to the bank no goods and services have been received from the merchant they will at the very least issue a chargeback do you have proof showing your time stamps and connecting the gambling company to the merchant ?

I don't have proof of the time stamps etc no 🤨 the casinos closed my account and wouldn't provide chat logs or deposit history which I have asked for so many times!

I Received similar from my company only difference I have some time stamps you can still use that though say you've received a response yet you still confirm you haven't received no goods and service from the merchant and they won't provide no receipts. If they are an ebook store 10 transactions totalling over £1000 for ebooks is absurd reiterate you've never bought ebooks in your life and merchant will not provide receipts as you have not received no goods and services from them.They fact they are just trying to justify that you used 2fa is the reason you purchased books is crazy they then should provide proof and your bank should at the very least chargeback.

I know my friend, this is what I have argued. I have more emails but names etc. Are included so can't post them, I've got emails asking for receipts 4 days in a row. I'm scared to chargeback due to the fact that I'm on my last warning because of Pixeleum.io, I dont want my bank to get closed down and be done for fraud, although I'm not committing it! I need to find time to ring the bank and tomorrow I will. They will have a big email from me where I have stated everything to them!

Really an incorrect MCC is already a reason, as that's bypassed our gambling blocks, correct?


In my initial emails to all companies I've mentioned an incorrect MCC and that it's illegal etc and it's bypassed a gambling block on my card, will the bank not just shun these chargebacks off? This is why I want to speak to someone on the phone ask if its eligible for refunds for x amount of reasons - explain each situation and then go from there🙂

It helps but cant be the main factor your bank cant close down for bringing chargeback claims to them its part of your banking agreement if you provide sufficient evidence that warrants them to process it they have too whether it wins or not is another thing as its then down to your card provider visa or Mastercard or whether the merchant doesn't respond.

Two of my banks have declined my chargeback on ground of authorising other payments inbetween the third party merchants. I’m going to have to hope the merchants them selves and casinos refund me, 6 of the merchants are investigating the matter
