Been reading this thread over the last couple of weeks after been at a loss with goldenbet and coming to the realisation something didn’t same right with it.

The site isn’t viable at times constantly crashing, impossible to reach a bonus at times, withdrawal periods, games such as big bass becoming unavailable etc

Looking to see if anyone has some advice how I raise the issues if I can, I bank with Monzo I do have a gambling block in place even though these are bank transfers I don’t know how looking it’s never looked suspicious with all these falcora transactions.

By looking on here it doesn’t seem like am of to a good start with using bank transfers after looking into falcora I can see there to clear bank/Nucleus365, further back to 2024 it was transferop to which is coming up as clear junction? Any help would be grateful

These sites are just a front to lauder your money I was blind to it and gullible at first when getting a few payouts but they are all the same they eventually drain every penny from you it will not be real genuine games with normal RTP once you see this you will never use them again

Yes Goldenbet I didn’t really use but MyStake and Velobet are all Santeda casinos even though they mislead people that they are separate entities.


I was lucky enough to get a large refund of 25k from a legitimate casino following a Responsible Gambling complaint only to plunder it into Santeda sites never to be seen again. Like with yourself, these were bank transfers and I lost 20k the same evening I got the refund I fought for a year to get back. Yes and some people have done over £100000 but they only pay you out £7500 a month so it is pointless putting in that much to get a max £7500 back then wait another month

Pleased have finally came to my senses, plus I can say I finally feel like am finding myself again hobbies etc and keeping busy with all the reading on here! I hope something finally gets done to stop it happening to more people which is wishful thinking

Lets hope so I am 5 months clean now since my last episode I am not claiming to be cured but it is going well never out the gym now reading more watching more TV sport etc using gyms in different areas etc I feel a new person but still cautious as I sometimes get thoughts and do a browse but then I do nothing more than this so never out of it yet it will always be there

Hi all, I've had an update from my bank (santander) to tell me that they have successfully raised chargebacks for me, totalling £5400. I haven't been credited any temporary money and the money will only be given to me if the merchants dont provide sufficient evidence. Could take up to 45 days from now apparently.

I think its important to note that I was 100% honest with them and mentioned the gambling straight away on a phone call, and provided them with lots of documentation showing attempted contact with the merchants, as well as screenshots to show the deposits from the casino website. I think if you are honest with your bank and speak via phone call, they will likely help you.

That is how I always done it apart from with Wise where I attempted goods not received as it was 3 transactions for £2000 but they done them eventually the same way

Yeah its been a strange one mate I first called them at the end of January lots of back and forth with having to sign forms, submit evidence etc so its taken about 1.5 months to even get to this stage. Would be gutted if any of the merchants come back with fake evidence to be honest

Yes they are, but two different names on my statement and the bank raised them as separate claims. I spoke with webmosaic directly and they told me they dont recognise me as a customer so I done a chargeback.
