I have, had a situation where I put a free bet on, won at 164/1 and they only paid out at 30/1. Ive not gotten a response from them yet so I'm not so hopeful for a direct refund at the moment. But technically its only been 2 business days since I emailed them Wednesday evening. So I will wait for at least a full week before.

Did you find SKNVRS my bank gave some information on where they are based but nothing comes up on a search. SKNVRS - London, GB BN1 4DU.
It is a Brighton postcode so not sure why it says London. That postcode has multiple office spaces but not called SKNVRS or what they actually do.
