Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Ok it is a good sign if they reply to the review to contact them I have emailed them copying in Polish police and cybercrime and fca and Polish fca not heard back yet since about 2pm will see what happens I have went nuclear now ! I am hoping for a refund but it might be a long road..

Also, how are people getting settlements and refunds from the casinos directly? I have sent a big number of emails to Cosmobet, Freshbet, Goldenbet and Amonbet and I get ignored - and I have been very factual and straight forward in my emails.

I seen a few people have been successful. Do I tell them goods not received or do I go down the route of straight up providing the facts about the casino illegally operating and using their service.


what will work best from those that have successfully got refunds from the crypto merchants?

I have had 2 different crypto site refunds - I just contacted them demanding the refund due to wrong merchant code and how I have not had any services or crypto from them. They all play a little dumb but they know exactly what’s going on. You just have to keep pushing

Just to let you all know I have had refunds from depasify, GBLRISE (through casino), slotsndynamite, kryptonim, cryptominy, scribulo. So if anybody needs help with any of them!

i don’t see how bad feedback would get them to refund, it’s so easy to buy hundreds of fake reviews and "bury" the bad ones, but maybe I’m wrong?

It was not Santeda group it was a percentage of loss about £6000
