So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Honestly people charging others for information are as bad as these shady casinos in my opinion! We are all in the same boat and personally providing I have already received refund I do not care who I share information with that I have found on these merchants, in fact I’d rather my hard work not go wasted and share the info with as many people as possible! Let’s not forget without people freely sharing information none of us would even be in a position to recover any money back!

fileThis is what I’ve received back today. Obviously I know the 180 days but was worth a try. Was for wintermads at least they responded to me so if anyone else is needing a refund in time frame they do reply.
