So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. No, do them manually, find out what the merchant is selling, send the merchant an email. " where is my order", raise goods not received. Submit email to monzo saying that screen went blank after order.

No, it doesn’t, as "you ordered goods" and you haven’t received them. The merchant cant prove that you ordered anything from them.

Tell them that is nonsense raise a complaint send details of the terms breach for mastercard rules its transaction laundering im sure there is loads of letters on here to use as well
