Hi! Does anyone here now if the rules for card payments is the same for companies with Malta/MGA license? The company I made deposits to (around 2022) used some unknown third party payment processors. They did not have a license in Sweden then, but still allowed deposits

Hi There. I believe someone mentioned in this thread that they had success with Elegro refund previously? Could someone confirm?
I’m a bit back and forth with them but they seem to have settled on giving me a refund next week, but they’ve asked for lots of information about transactions, merchants etc.
they must be getting a shock tonight, im on them also, think someone did mention a few pages back they got something back.

I recently initiated contact with them impulsively tonight and received a generic response. I'm currently uncertain if they have any involvement with my card transactions. But I'm requesting they conduct a search of my card activity to confirm any hits, as I suspect it might have been used by several merchants through them.

I’ve received nothing like this from Elegro.
Tbh I am hesitant about a refund from them but they seem to have agreed to it (see previous posts) perhaps it’s because my transactions weren’t directly linked to a casino they could trace? I was using mystake.club.
Fingers crossed they make good on their 99.99% refund lol.
Stockimagemart is a funny one, i got such a shock email back advising they have no idea why this happened, but by the looks of it they have had a few people coming to them...UK based also...

Agree, if casino is names on transaction think you’re fucked. Mine shows as a completely different merchant and I also played up to the fact I have a gambling block in place. Fingers crossed 🤷♂️

They did mate, starting to think they actually know what going on rather than the play dumb email I got. I have asked them to provide me with their payment provider and ill share it.
I think everyone knows what’s going on pal. I wouldn’t have received £500 back for this if there wasn’t something dodgy, just think if payment providers are sketch chances are your bets are too 🤷♂️
