I just wanted to drop in this thread and say I’ve been contacting mbm for 5 weeks and they are still ‘investigating’ my transactions. It’s unbelievable how long this process is taking. My chargebacks have still not been submitted after 5 weeks of submitting evidence to the bank. Any help is appreciated

Hi well am so confused as Mobilum have not replied to my tickets at all but I got refund from mbmramp ave emailed that many people I forget who is who 😂 there all a nightmare , but mpmramp only refunded 1200 they still owe me over 2 grand

Mbmramp and Mobilum are the same "mbmramp" is just a shortened descriptor (Mobilum Ramp). So any refunds you see under mbmramp are actually from Mobilum.

The mpmramp ones were refunded , just short by 2k will the rest follow ?

When you emailed them, they could identify you by your email address linked to the transaction or account. Each deposit also has a unique transaction ID in the processor’s system. They don’t need your card details to match the refund – your email or the transaction ID is enough to locate your payments and send the money back to the original source.
