BitKingz Casino - Os ganhos do jogador são confiscados após o cancelamento do bônus.

I used a 200% bonus at Bitkingz Casino and according to their terms and the bonus offer on a Youtuber's site, all bonuses in the casino are "Non Sticky".

"- All the bonuses are non-sticky. It means, you cannot request your withdrawal until wagering requirements are fully fulfilled. Also, you start playing for real money first, then for bonus money, and as soon as bonus money is lost, the bonus also gets lost."

I deposited €40 and got €80 in bonus money. So I played with €120. I won over €400 within the first €40 (which is normally real money).

Non-sticky usually means that a bonus can be cancelled without the winnings being deducted as long as you have never fallen into the bonus money. Since I was never below €80 and the winnings came within the first €40, I was never in the bonus money.

I then canceled the bonus and suddenly only had my 40€ deposit in my balance and not the 453€ I expected.

Either this casino doesn't know what "Non Sticky" means or I'm being scammed.

I am attaching screenshots to this complaint of my deposit, the bonus offer and the entire game process from the first spin to the win of over €400.

If you start from €120 and take into account the game history (stake and winnings from each spin) you can see that I was never in the bonus money.

Ich habe 40€ eingezahlt und 80€ Bonusgeld bekommen. Somit also mit 120€ gespielt. Ich habe innerhalb der ersten 40€ (was normalerweise das Echtgeld ist) einen Gewinn über 400€ bekommen.

Non-Sticky bedeutet normalerweise, dass ein Bonus storniert werden kann, ohne dass die Gewinne abgezogen werden, solange man zu keinem Zeitpunkt ins Bonusgeld gefallen ist. Da ich nie unter 80€ war und der Gewinn innerhalb der ersten 40€ gekommen ist, war ich somit nie im Bonusgeld.

Ich habe den Bonus dann storniert und habe plötzlich nur noch meine 40€ Einzahlung in meiner Balance und nicht wie erwartet ca. 453€.

Entweder weiß dieses Casino nicht was "Non Sticky" bedeutet oder ich werde hier betrogen.

Ich hänge dieser Beschwerde Screenshots an von meiner Einzahlung, dem Bonusangebot und dem kompletten Spielverlauf vom ersten Spin bis hin zum Gewinn über 400€.

Wenn man von 120€ ausgeht und den Spielverlauf gegen rechnet (Einsatz und Gewinn jedes Spins) sieht man, dass ich nie im Bonusgeld gewesen bin.

• I didn't check whether the real money and bonus money were displayed separately. Up until now, non-sticky bonuses have always been separate from each other. That's why they're called "non-sticky" because these two funds don't "stick" to each other.
• I also didn't pay attention or check whether I had made any progress in the bonus turnover because I was never in the bonus money but the winnings came within the first 40€ (so in real money).
• I wrote to the live chat but the only answer I got was that they could see that the winnings came from bonus money. But that can't be true if it's a non-sticky bonus because I never went below €80 out of the €120. There was also the strange statement that you would play with the bonus money first and then with the real money, which is complete nonsense.

I have now played in countless online casinos and with a non-sticky bonus, real money and bonus money were ALWAYS separate and you ALWAYS played with the real money first. Anything else wouldn't make sense.

And that's exactly what a non-sticky bonus means. That it's separate and you can cancel the bonus at any time if you never get the bonus money and without any winnings being deducted.

• Ich habe auch nicht darauf geachtet oder nachgeschaut ob ich Fortschritte beim Bonusumsatz gemacht habe weil ich ja zu keinem Zeitpunkt im Bonus Geld war sondern der Gewinn innerhalb der ersten 40€ (also so gesehen im Echtgeld) gekommen ist
• ich habe mit dem Live Chat dort geschrieben aber als Antwort nur bekommen dass die sehen würden dass der Gewinn mit Bonusgeld gekommen sei. Kann aber nicht sein wenn es ein Non Sticky Bonus ist weil ich nie unter 80€ gefallen bin von den 120€. Dazu kam noch die komische Aussage, dass man zu erst mit dem Bonusgeld spielen würde und dann mit dem Echtgeld was ja schon mal völliger Quatsch ist.

Ich habe mittlerweile in unzähligen Online Casinos gespielt und bei einem Non Sticky Bonus waren Echtgeld und Bonusgeld IMMER getrennt und man hat IMMER zu erst mit dem Echtgeld gespielt. Alles andere würde ja auch keinen Sinn machen.

Und genau das bedeutet ja auch ein Non Sticky Bonus. Dass es getrennt voneinander ist und man jeder Zeit den Bonus stornieren kann, wenn man nie ins Bonusgeld gefallen ist und das ohne dass Gewinne auch abgezogen werden.

To emphasize this again: Non-Sticky Bonus always means that real money and bonus money do not "stick together" and since I was never in bonus money, I should be able to cancel the bonus without losing my winnings.

So the casino is either ripping me off or Bitkingz has absolutely no idea what a non-sticky bonus is.

Bedeutet die Aussage vom Live-Chat, dass man erst mit dem Bonusgeld spielen würde, ist Schwachsinn.

Um das nochmal zu betonen: Non Sticky Bonus heißt immer, dass Echtgeld und Bonusgeld nicht "zusammen kleben" und da ich zu keinem einzigen Zeitpunkt im Bonusgeld war, sollte ich den Bonus ja stornieren können ohne meine Gewinne zu verlieren.

Somit verarscht mich das Casino gerade oder Bitkingz weiß absolut nicht was ein Non Sticky Bonus ist.

From experience, this might or might not apply in your situation. The bonuses you refer to might also called parachute bonuses. Nevertheless, the rules you cite don't lead to the implication the winnings are kept if you cancel the bonus.

It may refer to the situation where you can keep the real money deposit if you decide to cancel the bonus, which is the situation you have found yourself in.

Sadly, there is not enough evidence for us to pursue the case nor demand the casino return your winnings. We accept the situation where if you cancel a bonus, the winnings are reduced.

I am sorry, but the 'non-sticky' might mean that the bonus can be canceled before the wagering of the bonus is complete, with remaining real money funds to be recoverable.

Please note not all bonuses can be canceled once the wagering starts. Since your real money was returned to you after the bonus was canceled by you after the wagering started we would consider this as an acceptable outcome.
