After wagering was finished I had about nzd4500, next time I logged into my account only nzd2000 was left.
Contacted support and they tell me there was a max win amount on my bonus.
I clearly checked all terms in the email and on their website and there is no max win rule anywhere, there was extra terms specific for this bonus and I checked them while playing and was no max win term.
When I talk to support they claim there was a max win term in the bonus terms but that its not visible at this point.
I say okey sure if you can prove that and show me that terms I will accept it as my fault for missing that term, support tells me they will get back to me by email soon with proof of the term.
3-4 days goes and no message from them and when I contact them they simply just wrote to me that the decision is final and they didnt show anything to prove their claim.
Is this okey just removing winnings without any grounds?
