Hi Radka.

I am trying as best I can putting all blocks in place etc taking all the tips on mental health etc its just the fact these sites exist that causes the problems as soon as I started using it I was being bombarded by even more texts etc scammers its impossible to block it out.


I appreciate your comments I am really fed up I need to start fighting again and its taking a lot out of me.

Hi, I see, I guess.

I am fully aware of all those gray zones, and adding incorrect merchant codes creates a significant risk that should be communicated. The massive email campaigns or constant VIP calls some others mentioned in other casinos are also part of this mess.

I won't pretend I know how this feels, I've never been there. So, please take your time and if you want to follow up on the matter through the complaint or just here on the forum, it 's entirely your call and we will be here.

However, I believe that participating in gambling forums or visiting websites focused on gambling may not be the best option for you at this time. I'm not trying to be clever; it just seems like a source of a lot of, let's say, avoidable stress and intense emotions. Perhaps you feel it differently.

I will consider the complaint but I think there is not much can be done.


I have been getting continued high volumes of spam calls and texts from sites etc but I need to be stronger I need to look into why I failed.

I recall many conversations with players about how to effectively remove all of those campaigns. Unfortunately, we almost always end up with the same solution: change the cell phone number and block all of the email addresses registered with the casinos.

This is undoubtedly one of the worst parts. I asked our RG specialist, Šimon, for advice, as he works closely with organizations that help struggling players. Perhaps there is an app that focuses on those spams, but even I have to admit that it sounds too good to be true...

Well, I'll get back to you if I find anything helpful.
