I hate to say it but he is correct. In advertising this website as a casino you are inadvertently leading many people into loosing their money. I also find it funny that’s they say on their website that they follow curaçao gaming law and that the company that owns them has a curacao gaming license. If anyone wants to call this number 3-102-824430 this is the listed number I found for the company that own them. This was on an old email they sent me. Hopefully we either shut this place down or get our money back.

altacore n.v casinos are legitimate, they are not related to this anyway... Atleast they are not pure scams like this.


But we need to accept that there is no 3rd party that can help us, if guru not counted. They will pay if they will pay, its up to them. Unfortunately. Many sites stopped paying (scatterhall casino for example) and then dissapeared. So you need to wait for 3-4 weeks, this site will either pay or quit operating or something similar.

By the way if you think that you are anonymous when you are talking to them but haven’t signed into your account you are not. I just got my account blocked by them for talking to them when I wasn’t even signed in my account and didn’t tell them who I was. I believe they are tracking your ips so be really careful with these guys.

I say we contact riverbanq and paidora as these are the payment methods they use for card and if we stop them using these we will stop them from getting a lot of money. They definitely are tracking ip as I don’t even have the option to speak to them unless I turn on a vpn. Be careful everyone.

Police report needs to be done in person with Revolut.


I would call HSBC and go through the processes see what they need!


Either way - I won’t loose! They can get fucked all I care - casino guru just as bad with helping them!

It's just that we do not advertise casinos, we list them. Players make their own decisions. I'd say it is far too easy to say we are leading someone. If I may, it's a chargeback, right? Good option, worth trying if anything else goes to hell.

I have an open complaint but I am pretty sure that I know what the outcome will be . I just checked myself, i didnt break any bonus T&C playing forbidden games. I was only lucky not play restricted games, since they have traps like "all megaways" games, then some random popular games from popular providers.


They are making excuses if they can, but it doesnt matter, because you would be in same situation even without breaking any T&C.

Yes . It was ongoing for 4 weeks and 3 selfies which btw exactly same documents were verified within 24 hours on sister site .. " checks " were made same day my selfie was verified so my account was fully verified at exactly the same time my winnings were confiscated.. they were always going to find a reason not to pay I cant prove otherwise but i also couldnt play most of the games .. one day i couldnt play Netent .. one day I could won another 1000 then next day couldnt play again . The dispute started when I had £1200 and I think they were hoping I would lose it before verification but I got all the way up to nearly £4000 . Never thought I would be so upset about continuing to win . Started to realise i may aswell been playing with monopoly money .

Its monopoly money. Your deposits are not. Dont play the balance atleast, because they would just troll with your complaint that "player lost funds". They have no consience, brutal trolling.


Im curious to see how this turns out, can they just walk away with players money? They work with Visa and mastercard payment vendors and have other online wallets.


Only crypto casinos are easier to be completely fake casinos, but they have fiat currencies also, which are not anonymous.
