I think players who have a sign of a casino doing something it shouldn't or being unfair to players will find out. There is a lot of information that can be compared today and, in fact, user reviews don't fit and don't form the Safety Index of a casino. We have certain procedures and a system by which we approve them, so when I look at the user experience, they are in the "mixed" phase. 

I don't know 100% if I'm talking to a bot, but when players come here and read the posts, they can also see for themselves how it is. 

So I believe that if someone has a problem, we can try to help, and vice versa, if someone has a good experience and I ask some questions and no one replies, I guess the players can evaluate the relevance of a post.

I looked at your complaint and it's basically always based on the fact that when a player wants to self-exclude and has a gambling addiction they have to mention that they have it. If someone says they want to close an account, that's not the same thing. 

On the other hand, I understand and support the view that casinos should not open accounts arbitrarily just to entice players to play there again, but somewhere closing an account is not a permanent thing. Therefore, this can happen and it is always necessary to say, if you are gambling addict, that this is the case and save the conversation. Then you have proof that the casino cannot dispute. Reopening an account is common with players because they just want to take a break and often casinos have no other method to do this and then come back and ask for a reopening.

So it makes quite a difference what you say.

As I already told; they admit they made a fault, but do not want to refund me. Why do I need a chatlog, when they already admit what they did? When I asked for a refund, their only reply was: "We do not do refunds". They deny to explain why. I can find simlar cases on other review sites, where they did exactly the same.

A casinos finest job is to protect their players. When a casino use their knowledge about gamblingaddicted players to their own benefidts, they should indeed be blacklisted or have their safetyscore set to ZERO. A review site like Casino.Guru should know this, and try to prevent it from happen again. This company do clearly not care about responsible gambling and that should be more than enough to blacklist the site. This casino only want to co-operate, when they have a "winner-case" and Casino.Guru seems to accept that. 

Why not react before they harm even more players? I don't get it...

You need chat logs or something like that because when you say you were promised refunds, it's based on what you say. If we were in a situation where we contacted a casino and they said they didn't promise you anything like that, what do you think we should do? Someone must be lying in this case and we don't have a crystal ball to know what it is really like. That's why we need evidence from the players and that's why we ask for these things. 

I've looked at your complaints and most of them are just about self-exclusion. I think you should also know how it is with us and what you need in order for us to try to help you as much as possible. Every case is closed, and something is always found out in the end, that something was not said, something was not right, and so on. You should probably think about that as well.

Oh, I had the same problem. Ask them to pull up the logs, and everything will be restored for you. As for playing with a VPN, just use other sites.
