Hello , i add complaint in casino guru but complaint is examing now, i wait 12 days for verification, first of all i wait 5 days for verify all documents in site all document will accepted every 24 hours not faster 🙂, after this support send me mail to send another photo with numbers, i will do IT after this send me another mail to record video, and after this today i wait 6 days. Its one big joke.

Hello, you are getting close to the time frame we give casinos to complete the verification. It's quite a long time and if they keep asking something different I personally would be in favor of asking it all at once so I can send everything. But maybe the casino doesn't think something is right and they need to verify it 100% and want to be sure. But sometimes the casino may not like something about the documents, selfie or what you send and that's why they ask for more. I don't know what it could be but it's a process that casinos are extra careful with and you're certainly not the first or last person to go through something like this. However, as long as everything is going well on your side then there is nothing to worry about and it will turn out fine I hope.

Jaro i have over 100 casino and bookmakers account , i have all of wallet like binance , coinbase etc, always my document will accept without problem , this is first time where my verification is so long 🙂

Eu sei como é isso, tbm estou com dificuldade nesse KYC. Tbm tenho várias contas em outros Cassinos. Ja passei por uns que foram bem invasivos e burocraticos pedindo ate extrato das minhas contas do ultimos 3 meses, envei tudo mesmo sem concordar e apos um periodo de 12 dias deu tudo certo (Esse KYC invasivo que descrevi não era da Betsofa). Acredito que esse KYC da Betsofa precisa de um aprimoramento, para ter maior agilidade e aumentar aa opções de documentos aceitos de modo automático pra reduzir as análises manuais que são as que mais demoram.

Ok yesterday my account is verified, i withdrawal money VIA crypto in terms time payout is 0-24 hours, but betsofa extends everything to the max now i will wait 18 hours 🙁

Terrible experience.

Account fully verified. Let me deposit and play. Hit €400 profit. Request a withdrawal and wouldn't you know it. 'We require more KYC . Another ID document and a selfie with note. Funny, didn't ask for extra KYC for deposits? But did for withdrawal? Utter idiots.

Will see how it goes but doesnt make me want to play here long term.

This caisno purposefully attempting to use KYC as a method of delaying the withdrawal. Let's call a SPADE a SPADE.


1 - Account was fully verified with ID, selfie, proof of address and skrill.


2 - I won €640. I requested the withdrawal.


3 - Suddenly I need further verification (odd the further verification wasn't required for depositing...). They need a SECOND ID document and me holding a selfie with the document. I sent all this as I have a second passport for sweden.


4 - I get this absurd email -

4. Show yourself holding your document, and a paper with today's date our product's name.

5. To make sure your document is genuine, please remove a piece of paper and show your document close to the camera, rotating it at different angles so we can see blinking holograms and watermarks on your document.

5 - I do the video and send it all in. I also send screenshots showing my ID and account verified via SUMSUB (as we all know the AI powered third party software used by 1000's of businesses that detects fake documents). This was from a different casino that uses SUMSUB.


No withdrawal and radio silence. You know as well as I do the casino is acting inappropriately and only because I won money.
