Why isn’t there a geoblock for USA players? Bitstarz blocked UK players. What gives? I feel discriminated against. There’s countless amounts of people mad that they are allowed to deposit, but have issues cashing out.

I already submitted my complaint. I’m just want to know one thing— WHY IS BITSTARZ STILL PROVIDING THEIR SERVICES TO USA PLAYERS BY ALLOWING ACCESS TO THIER WEBSITE?

Also, out of sheer curiosity can you also ask them to clarify why they either use or have used a USA IP ADDRESS themselves:

This is from 2018, and I see they change their up IP address about 1 year or so. But instill.find that to be a bit weird. Not really relevant actually, but I highly doubt bitstarz will refund anything else anyway. So cant hurt to ask.

Of course, it would be much better if the casino blocked the players from the USA and other restricted countries. There are even casinos that don't allow you to access the website when you're trying to access it from a restricted country. Another option is to make sure that you won't manage to complete the registration process.

Unfortunately, what you described is very common. The players manage to register and the casinos assume that you read their Terms and Conditions before you register. On the other hand, I'm reading in your complaint that you managed to verify your account by sending the US passport so I'm not really sure how this case is going to be resolved. It's a pretty tricky situation.

But as you noted, this seems to be the main complaint /common theme amgoust a usa or other restricted countries. Fir beongh as big an "great" as they are, i cant wrapnmh head around why they even let banned counrty players tonaccess their site. (Unless, and im just guessing, bot accussin,g m, unless theres something in it for them they ate gaining by allowing access) which to me is incredibly not cool, not okay. Im surenyou heard this complain mt and issue many times. Sorry i know it must get old tonhear

I feel like if they let you register, play and even verify the documents, you should always have a chance to win when you deposit money on their website.

Some casinos claim that they can't payout the winnings, because they would be punished by their licensing authority for accepting (and sending withdrawals) to players from restricted countries. In that case, we believe that the casino should refund you all deposits.

it appears that USA players are allowed or shoukd use a VPN? I read this on a few different forums nowz is this correct?

Could be true, but I really recommend you to ask the casino's customer support and save their reply just in case they would claim the opposite in the future 👍

They will still claim otherwise and have no record of said reply. How do you contest that with a screenshot/record of chat?

They can claim whatever they want but if you can show a screenshot proving that they gave you false information, then they claim whatever they want. If you show it to the casino, CasinoGuru representative or the licensing authority, then you have a pretty good chance of winning the case.

I signed up with them 2 years ago but never made it past log in. Because Bang! a pop-up all over my screen screaming bonus. I close the window and take another step into the casino. Clicking on a slot or my account Bang! Right in my face. I close the window take another step.... . Bang.

Just imagine. You walk into a casino and everytime you take a step someone smash a sign into your face.

Haha, that sounds like a very unpleasant experience. Honestly, that's what pop ups can do on our website as well. I try to make sure that it won't pop up too often, but we have different pop ups with different timing and content. Sometimes, if you're very unlucky, you can get 2-3 pop ups during few minutes. Anyway, if you click on "Don't display in the future", you'll never see the same pop up again 🙂

What' a difference does make.you must make a deposit anyway. " So I asked him if he would pay a deposit or rent on a house or flat he never without ever having a look around the place?.
