Usually the use of VPN is forbidden and will get your account blocked and funds confiscated! Yes, actually we can say are getting victimized by this casino. They are using many different techniques to make people addictive like hiring famous social media influencers creating social media groups adding them to the group. And a lot maybe my reaserch is inadequate if you can search about it you will find a lot just type bluechip scam over youtube you will only see the positive videos of their affiliates and some customers created about their experiences with this casino. Also they do not follow responsible gambling rules. If there is minus rating it will suit this casino please make innocent people aware of this scam

Also read the chats when asked for account closure it took 1 hour convincing me to not close the casino account at bluechip. It's name should be bluecheap cause the casino is very cheap i have shared the rejected transactions and link of reviews by people from trust pilot. I can't understand why casinoguru gave it 8.4 rating.

I have been playing with Bluechip casino since 6 months now where I have deposited more than Rs 200000/- and lost majority of it. I started winning some good money this month hence I did couple of withdrawal of small amount which were successful however since 7th July all withdrawals were showing in pending when I raised chat request they told me my verification was pending. I completed My verification and received notification on app that my account is "verified " hence I played again won some amount and made request of withdrawal , When I checked the status of withdrawal today morning i.e 9th July it was showing pending still hence I again contacted their Chat support , they told me verification is not complete and I have resubmit my document along with Bank statement of previous withdrawal which was total non sense , I requested lot of callback to these guys but no one was ready to to call me. I finally decided to complete the verification process again which is very difficult as their system does not capture a selfie properly and takes good 5-10 mins to for same.


After completing all the process I again received update on their system that my account is verified so I reached customer support again to check if anything else is pending to my surprise these guys are completely clueless and not giving any clear answer if its done or not.


This seems to be scam to me as when you deposit the amount they let you without any verification but as soon as you win some good money and try to withdrawal they will trap you in this verification process which will never be completed from their end.

Please be patient. Have you seen the complaint of yours?

I can see that casino guru is being partial here in favour of bluechip. I have read all the reviews and casino guru is explaining to customers instead of casino. Even after giving all the proofs by all customers

You know, explaining how things work in casinos helps players understand possible complications.
