I believe that whenever you make a deposit and get a bonus, your withdrawal shouldn't be limited at all. I'd accept this only to no deposit bonuses. I can't imagine playing, winning a huge amount (being extremely lucky), but not getting it paid out just because I agreed with a bonus terms...Such cases happened, will happen and they're always very sad 😕

Portanto, se tiver sorte, não tenho direito ao meu bónus mensal de 1.500€ ou ao meu bónus semanal de 500€ (que é o preço do primeiro lugar).

Depois de perder cerca de €20.000, relatei ao suporte sobre as minhas sessões absolutamente impiedosas. Jogado parcialmente entre 3.000 e 4.000 euros sem bônus (valor de bônus de 240 euros!!!), sem acertos. Apenas giros mortos. Os mesmos roteiros/procedimentos das sessões de jogo se repetiram. Em algum momento também notei que a função de histórico no meu slot principal não estava funcionando por semanas e ainda hoje! Isso significa que não há uma maneira real de entender o quão ruins as sessões realmente foram.

Por favor - Qualquer pessoa que jogue apostas ligeiramente mais altas. Na verdade, qualquer coisa acima de 2-4 euros deve evitar este casino. Se você realmente ganhar, ficará esperando para sempre pelo dinheiro, mesmo que tenha paciência! O casino também atrasa deliberadamente o pagamento ou tenta arrastá-lo!


Não darei um centavo a mais por este cassino. Isto cheira suspeitamente a manipulação deliberada.

Not really. I deposited in bitcoin and withdraw with bitcoin and there is always a transaction hash from those transactions. I have asked for the transaction hash for few days and don’t understand why they don’t want to give it to me.. I asked why my transaction says "in progress" and why I doesn’t say processed.
