This casino site is a SCAM!!! The world will know!!!! I won $10k and they would not pay out. I qualified for the withdrawal but of course they had a reason as to why it was my fault. THEY TOOK THOUSANDS FROM ME AND WOULDNT PAY OUT ANYTHING!

So I know it doesn’t seem like that long, but considering I have a previous withdrawal from a deposit with a bonus and I had to submit kyc and yet it was processed much quicker than this one which has been pending the entire week it’s been submitted with no update or status change at all, it makes me think they are trying to find a way not to pay me. It can’t take longer to review and audit a withdrawal that came from a deposit with no bonus, as those were removed from use on my account after my first withdrawal, and the entire playtime was probably about 2 or three hours tops. So what’s the hold u am I right? And yesterday I was told by live support that it would be sent today and today I was told it was still being reviewed and I would hear something when that was complete.mi just want what is rightfully mine and to wash my hands of this shady casino.

you pictured it pretty well I'd say. Honestly, this is an unlicensed casino so it's virtually untouchable and it seems that they do not care much about the casino's reputation.

If you browse previous posts I'm sure you'll find the similarities.

i do have to give them a little credit because at least they paid, finally. It took about a week and a half. Let’s see if Davincis Gold and Fair go take longer or not

Hi I'm new to duckyluck and hoped for a positive experience. Which, tbh, was very good at first. I love the games and actually won! Sent in my documents, which wasn't a seamless process and took 3days to actually be told I had completed that process and my withdrawal could be processed immediately. Well, I am currently on day 5 and no winnings yet, I'm sorry to say. I'm used to cashi g out in less than an hour and I'm super bummed that NOONE can help me understand why I haven't received yet. I so want to stick with this casino and I want to give the best review but I want my MONEY. that I won and I don't see it ever coming . I have so much doubt and will definitely change my tune if I just get my withdrawal

Well, I would not say that you should rate the casino well simply because you'll finally get your money - I know you're still waiting though. 

It's honest to say that there were some problems, the casino responded poorly and could not clarify the casuse of the delay.

I would not personally say that this is a good start for a good review. 🙂 But it's up to you.

Anyway, sometimes it takes even a week, if we deal with complaints, we allow casinos 14 full days to proceed with the payment.

In what status your withdrawal currently is, please?

I'd remind myself via chat once per day, just to make sure that the communication is still "functional".

I find one currently open complaint regarding delayed payment, however, the 14 days full days period is still running.

DO NOT PLAY AT THIS CASINO. unlicensed casinos are already sketchy for obvious reasons but what brought me here is a local store's website was hacked and the redirect for online orders is luckyduck casino. save yourself the trouble

Same as the other complaints - the verification process was way beyond "security" and should have been the process to add money to your account; the fees to add money and withdrawal money are excessive; it takes days or weeks to get an email response; I did get one withdrawal and they claim they wires another which I did not receive so they are requiring my bank statement; and I got an email at midnight last night stating that I reversed another withdrawal that had already been approved; just more ways for them to ensure they do not pay out money to winning players which just keeps players from playing on their site.

Thanks to your post, other players are given a chance to reconsider playing in the casino. I'd say that is at least one positive outcome.

Since you mentioned other complaints yourself, do not hesitate and submit your own, in case you could use a little help.

It only requires a certain level of cooperation, and it'ś free for all.

I filed a complaint - any assistance is appreciated. I have copies of all emails and live chats showing all of the conflicting information. I just wish I could get a straight-forward, honest, and consistent answer - and of course my money 🙂
