My account is jhall80 (#939409).Made deposits of more than $2800 since November. Constantly lost there, so there were no problems. Sometimes I withdrew $100-200 of winnings my balance became $2500. Document checks began. They asked for different selfies with my passport. They even called me via Skype. I passed all the checks. According to their rules, withdrawals are made the same way as deposits. All deposits were through crypto (usdt). They removed the ability to withdraw money through crypto, violating their rules. Arguing that the restriction applies to my region (Canada). This is a scam since other players from my region can withdraw using this method. They left the option to pay via PayPal, which does not pay.

Do I understand correctly that you were able to withdraw the money before using crypto? And only now do they say that it is not possible. Right?

What actually comes to mind is if there were some changes with the new year regarding all this. You know. 🤔

According to the EGB Terms & Conditions, which you agreed to upon registration, we may set limits on available withdrawal methods and maximum and minimum withdrawal limits depending on the withdrawal method or for individual users (Section 7). The withdrawal methods available to you can be found by visiting the Cash Out section of your account.

In accordance with the same section 7 it is stated that: "All withdrawals will be processed back to the original debit, credit card, bank account, method of payment used to make deposits on your Account Balance".

It's convenient to have rules that contradict each other. It's convenient to not pay the winnings (not even the winnings, since I made more deposits than my balance).

It is also convenient to leave those payment methods (for example PM) for which I, as a resident of Canada, cannot register. By the way, you did so. You leave only this payment method and it is impossible to withdraw money. Why don't you do it this way?
