Having issues with their sister site Tikitaka. Won't let me withdraw and have blocked account without any idea as to why.

I've been waiting for over 3 weeks for them to send me a copy of my transaction history, getting ignored both via email and Live Chat. Looks like they're operating without a license

is this a scam casino that just takes your money and dose not payout when you win i have 3 payouts pending first the 29/12,30/12 both back onto my card and one on31/12 paid into bank all 3 still pending

May I ask if your account is fully verified there?

We usually give casinos 14 full days to proceed with the verification and the payment, so it is still not that long you wait now, in my opinion.

Is there any information from the casino regarding your withdrawal? Like, how long could it take or anything like that?

When I looked at verification it said I was verified..I used the live talk yesterday they told me it takes 3 working days to process payment and I am still in that period

I am at level3 vip which means I can withdraw upton800£ a day

Looks like my worry’s were wrong just got my first payment the 100£ withdrawals from the 29/12 hopefully I will get my withdrawal of 700£ 30/12 mon and 800£ 31/12 on Tuesday

Great news, sometimes you just have to be a little patient because it was a holiday and also the weekend which is now and then casinos don't process withdrawals. 

But now that you got the first one it's a good sign and we will wait for the next ones.

hi they have both been processed now i got the 700 back on my card i did a bank transfer for the 800 to see which is quicker the payments been processed not in the bank yet it say it can take 3 days its sunday so i am quite pleased with this site now i know how the withdrawals work

Got my money from the bank transfer today so it’s quicker if you get it payed back on to your debit card

Is this site genuine mixed reviews everywhere currently got 3 withdrawals pending of and 2.5k in account awaiting withdrawal

Hey, mixed reviews suggest the answer is not going to be a simple yes or no, I guess. Well, the review says the casino has a low Safety Index, which means there is always a chance you won't be paid for some reason. According to your last complaint, I have a question, though - any other issues with the verification, perhaps? Because the last time it was the twins accounts problem. Can this occur again?

I have not been asked for verification, withdrawals are still pending, regarding previous complaint no I signed upto this less than a week ago


I have emailed support with I'd and bank statement preemptively to try not delay anything


I have not accepted no bonus or anything account balance stands at 5.5k and 1.5k pending withdrawal

Hi it takes time first 3 withdrawals took 3 full working days on the 4th day money was there i took 800 last Monday it was there on Wednesday also you don’t get the full amount they charge you for deposits and withdrawals my bank charged me aswell
