I see, so is it that you still have to send some documents to the casino or not ? I suppose that unless you are verified again, you won't be able to withdraw the money.
However, we give casinos 14 days to process both withdrawals and account verification, so if it exceeds that time, I would think about lodging a complaint.
In the meantime, I'd check on the withdrawal as you are doing now and see if you eventually get the money or not.
I will wait, hopefully, for good news.

This casino is so ridicilious first withdraw the made so many jokes just to avoid paying. Now i made a withdraw on the 27th it's 7 days later and AGAIN still NOT approved. Everytime they say sorry this sorry that but never approve it. How in EARTH did they have this high review, based on what?

The rating is not based on how fast the casino pays the player. But according to the last time we talked, it also took time to withdraw. Apparently, it is the case in this casino that the withdrawals are not the fastest, so I would probably think very carefully before I would continue to play here if you have had this experience twice. Of course you know we are here and if you need help we will try to assist you.
However, what reason does the casino give you for not giving you money yet ?

I also closed my account already but it's false advertising they offer withdraws within 3 days. The first one took 6 days and now it's 7 days later i contacted them more then 10 times and its STILL NOT approved. It's ridicilious. They said first in first to come and then i said so everybody waits more then 7 days at this moment and they said no. very strange

Hey there.
Not sure what is stated in the terms and conditions, or what has been advertised to you, but frankly, if a delay or technical issues occur, the timeframe is not considered a standard.
And as far as I know, casinos usually state the usual standard withdrawal time. Special circumstances are not in terms and conditions.
But this is just about words, I'm sorry to hear that the casino awarded with an average safety index is experiencing such a delay.
