I am having problems too. I unfortunately didn't read the reviews before playing here. I made a deposit, had some good luck, made a $550 CAD withdrawal and submitted the documents requested. At that time chat was available and after reading the reviews I told the agent I'm nervous now and she said (I have the transcripts) "there's nothing to be nervous about" and then confirmed that verification and withdrawals are done within 72 hours. That was four days ago, and now chat isn't available. There's an active complaint happening at AskGamblers that's worth checking out because it looks like they are responding over there, and it might be a good idea to share reviews there to let people know what's going on. I sent a message to Foxy Play letting them know I'll be filing a complaint somewhere within 24 hours if someone doesn't get back to me.
