I am under Gamstop Romi, and therefore I have tried numerous casinos. Trying to find ones that run legitimately is an issue.

Realistically I should just stop all together, which will be attempt no x amount come the end of the year.

ok... soooooooooooooooo............. it happened again. As soon as I fulfilled the wagering requirement my balance decreased, this time considerably. Like last time I'll give them a few days to resolve the matter before I pursue it further.

Its a shame that this happens as this is definitely one of the better casinos I have played in.

I would like to inform everyone not to play on instaspin online casino.

It is the most unstable I've ever played on. Games crash every few minutes most of the time, as well as error messages, insufficient funds when you have funds on your account. Customer support is a joke not interested in solving the issues just blame your device, browser or connection. Stay away seriously just a joke of a casino

Hi, it's not the best experience according to what I read. Are you saying that support did not try to solve your situation at all? So if they told you that the problem could be on your side, did you check if everything is fine with you? Have you tried changing the browser or device?

They basically said the issues are with my device, connection, browser etc etc same old clear history and cache, which I do regularly. The problems were on both my laptop and mobile phone while is a samsung galaxy s22 ultra. With the latest chrome browser, Vodafone wifi. Laptop is dell Windows 11 64bit again chrome browser history and cache cleared regularly. The problems are not just a one off but every time I've played on instaspin. Strangely when I play the same games on demo mode I didn't get any issues.

The site is so unsuitable they shouldn't be allowed to operate.

You don't even have game history available you have to request it, even then it's not always provided.


If anyone from instaspin wants to comment please do, and provide all the messages I've sent including screenshots of the games issues.

I understand, and have you tried to use a different browser, maybe it's not because you have an older version, but in something else. Anyway, if you've tried everything they told you and it still does the same thing, then I don't know what could help. If the support doesn't even deal with it and basically doesn't solve it, then it will probably be difficult to find out anything.

When you talk about game history, what exactly would you need it for?

I recently opened what I thought was a new account on Instaspin casino. I took £100 yo to £540 so decided to withdraw £400. Done all my verification to then be told that my account would be closed and only the £100 refunded due to me already having had an account that had been closed. I used all the same details name, date of birth, address and phone number when signing up so I didn’t manipulate any details. Does anybody know if I have a case to receive my full balance?


i have argued with them that had I lost the initial £100 deposit then that would not have been refunded but they keep avoiding that point in out messages!


If anybody know what steps I can take in perusing this then please let me know, thanks

Honestly, sounds like they’re being unfair. You didn’t try to hide anything — same name, same details — so if they let you deposit and win, they should pay out. It’s shady to only refund if you win but keep it if you lose. I’d push it with their ADR (like eCOGRA or IBAS) and file a complaint with the Gambling Commission if they keep stonewalling you.
