As you discuss you have kindly provided us with your full Barclay statements and Lloyds statements for the period from January to March 2021, which again we are very appreciative for. However, on review of the documents, it appears that the primary source of the funding to gamble was the £25,000 received from Hitachi Capital received into your Barclays account on February 23rd. Can you confirm the circumstances behind this payment, as (based on the completed self-employment tax return you sent to us) it would not appear to be from your work? If you could provide supporting documentation to verify this payment it would be greatly appreciated.

I'd say the most surprising thing is the fact that I believe that they can ask you for this type of information with regards to the UKGC license. That's why I believe that many UK players will shift from UK licensed casinos to illegal casinos that accept UK players from abroad. This is just insane! Casinos investigating every single payment on your bank statements for 3 entire months.

Once again, it's not a bank, not a police or any government institution. It's a casino, a simple private company running online games...

Honestly, I don't know what they're looking for. I've seen many cases where the casino doesn't communicate with the player for months, but they actually communicate with you, but they weren't able to send you the winnings for 6 months.

Thank you for the confirmation provided (and for the business bank accounts sent over), it’s very helpful. Can you also provide the proof of the loan received from Hitachi Capital just so that we can verify that income, since I’m sure you can emphasise it is a very large amount of money, and therefore we are required by the Gambling Commission to have the proof to support it. This can be in the form of an invoice which you will have received at the time of taking out the loan, for example.

What a joke 6 months and all the hassel sums up most casinos they glady take deposits and do everything to make it hard to get your winnings wish they was fair casions online

Last time they have told me it should take 3 days turned to over 7 months

They are migrating to new platform from today it might be more complicated to get my money back
