Been waiting 48 hours to be verified, was told it would take up to 48 hours. Now im told 48 hours is only an estimate.
Will keep waiting for a while and update here. Have a withdrawal waiting for 24 hours aswell

Hey, I would definitely stay calm, if you only have to wait two days, it's no big deal.
Of course, in order to withdraw your money, you will first have to successfully go through this process. So I would definitely try to keep a cool head and see what happens next.

Just ID, proof of address, verified email, phone and bank. Took all of 2 minutes to acquire. Still waiting for the address and id to be verified, but hasn't been 2 - 3 working days yet.
The website is slick, uses some well known providers and customer service is quick and in v good English so am 50% convinced it's not a scam.
Time will tell though

Casino just verified all docs so now just waiting to see if the withdrawal works. Can take up to 36 hours for payment to be processed apparently.

I asked livechat for an update and was told my email doesnt exist on the website, gave them the registered number and was told it doesnt exist. Took a screenshot of my profile with email and phonenumber visible since i was logged in with said email.
Was told "that doesnt look like our site". Then i started getting worried so i took the same screenshot but with the URL visible. Was told the technical departement will look into it. An hour later it was solved.
Also kind off suspicious a member created an account here 4 days ago and has gone thrue the same process with zero problems.

Nothing suspicious about me my friend. I still don't have the money, but will give receipts if I do.
I'm 50/50 on whether this is a scam.
