okay I have access to only one account . I have provided deposits history from my second account to casino guru.

In my case nothing needded. They just need to pay my legit winnings . They know i have not done anything wrong

No bonus taken

They verified fully both account

I made 3 times deposit in second account

Everything was okay until i request withdrew.

Thanks for the clarification, we'll see what Peter has to say. Usually if a player for some reason opens a second account (often due to some mistake or forgetting the password from the first one, etc.) he should not play on both because then it is considered a violation of the rules. For example, if a player had an account a few years ago and forgot about it and opens another one, passes the verification and plays on only one, then I think he has not gained any advantage. 

So we'll see how our team will handle it.

Because by mistake i misplaced yahoo.com into yahop.com

As i never can access to this email due to yahap.com thats why i made new account under correct email [email protected]

Just imagine if i deposit 60k to wrong email account and i forget password . There is no way i can reset again due to non access able email.

I understand if you have a problem like this, but some other time in another casino, this is not the best thing to do. 

In all fairness, you should write to support and arrange with them to change your email or let them give you instructions on what to do.

Also check all your details before you register, this kind of mistake can happen to anyone and is common, so make sure you are careful with this kind of thing and don't open other accounts.🙂

This doesn't say that you have to open a live account, I understand that live chat told you that you can access your casino account even if you wrote the wrong email. So from this last screenshot, it doesn't look to me like they told you to open another account. 

On the other hand, I don't understand what the technical setup of a casino is, where you can't change your email even by the people who work there when you ask them to. 

Whatever you would like to send to Peter you can post in your complaint.

No question asked when players make deposit.

Even they make 10 accounts , Deposits are fine

But when they want winnings or withdrawals then caisnos says player break the rule.

Who actually broke rule first.

Hello, I understand what makes you believe the deposits are equal to withdrawals but obviously they are not.

The verification process is the critical point. Should you have verified your account prior to making the deposit, the outcome might differ. However, casinos usually verify players once the first withdrawal request takes place. Can you see the difference, please?

Not to mention the players know multiple accounts result in winnings being voided; thus, the argument you used is not that strong at all. It's about when the casino finds out.

If you haven't broken any rules, I'm confident Peter can assist you, or at least he will do his best! He always does.
