Im afraid to say ive the same issue they dont pay out at all. They will take deposit's in one minute then i make a withdrawl it's still pending after 13 day's the rule's say 72 hour's i see im not the only one saying this . Had to send my deposit's to my bank and try get refunded now . They do not send verification email's imagine if i had to do that take another few month's never had an issue's with bonus crab casino's before they allways pay after 3 are 4 days bommerang mr pacho frumzi the best one's

Im the same worst experience ever they dont pay out ninlay casino withdrawl 28th still no money i sent them over 100 emails they dont reply and yet they still send promotion bonus and not give me my winnings awfull experience never had a problem with any other casino they allways pay 72 96 hours and not need verification at all even ninlay casino dont send verification emails still sending bonus emails do ive 1500 500 in withdrawl looks like i will never get it

Hi daniel this casino will not pay out at all ive tired everything it's pretty stressing and awfull experience. Waiting still 28th december for 500 cash out they not even send verify email's since i joined i sent them over emails they dont reply but still send bonus promotion email's also my account show'no verification needed for now i can only imagine even i send in that they will not reply to that as well i believe they are scammer's at this stage

Same here im waiting 9 days they dont reply at all sent them so many emails my account also says no verification needed for now they dont even send verification email and i know even if i did they will come up with more excuses worst casino ive ever come accross

100 percent this casino wont pay out whatever you do its the worst experience ever they should be blacklisted excuse's after excuse's they dont reply to emails ive sent over 100 yet keep sending bonus promotion emails so they are clearly ignoring me and they dont send veification emails they are lieing

Worst casino ive ever come accross why this site gives them high rating is even worse they take deposits one minute and make it impossible to get winnings over 2 months now with impossible verification why these casinos are allowed open is a discrace as i said wont pay out what ever you do all bonus crab casinos are bad as well

Do not play on this casino it's the worst casino online they do not pay out. 3 month's now nothing sent every id verification document wage' visa utility bill address photo id everything still asking for website in background holding id which is impossible . Worse experience ive ever come accross .

Yes i am familiar with the step's but it's not worth it they dont pay out whatever i do thank u for letting my review up i think that describe's my issue they dont pay ive tired everything so im finish with them now

I dare to mention one thing. From a global viewpoint, the complaints are worth it, especially when the casino seems not to be interested in resolution, because such action has a direct impact on the casino's Safety Index. It is a vital step in prevention, If I may say so.

Frankly, the review has no such impact, yet thanks for sharing, of course.
