Just had a ridiculous experience with this casino.

They have a promotion for cashback on live casino losses. You have to contact the live chat on the Monday of the following week, which I did. They said I can't receive the cashback because I have a balance on my account and a pending withdrawal. Despite that not being mentioned in any of the terms. What a joke.

I understand that it would probably be best if they wrote this information in the cashback terms and conditions so that players would know about it right away.
