Just started playing here last night with sign up bonus and 3k playthrough which Icompleted now I'm waiting on verification approval which can take 5-7 business days which they failed to mention before hand.

Hi, did you find out that it takes 5-7 business days from live chat or support, or somewhere in the Terms and Conditions? 

For now, I recommend to cooperate with the casino, because we give casinos 14 days to resolve the withdrawal issue and KYC process. 

However, be sure to keep us updated on how your situation is going, because other players can at least have an overview of how the verification process went or how long the withdrawal took. 🙂

Hi, since last Tuesday are you waiting for account verification or withdrawal ? Of course, I would like to point out that I don't think it's appropriate for a casino to not give you any updates for a whole week. However, the 14 days that we give to resolve such a request applies anyway. 

Anyway, I would also like to tell you not to be skeptical right away, even if it's not a pleasant situation, and try to think more positively. I hope your case will be resolved and everything will be fine in the end. I will wait for an update from you as well. Fingers crossed 🤞🤞

but thats wierd i done played plenty of casinos online and this one the only one that do not reply after sending info to them to verify and still havent gotten an single response out of them yet i never experience this from no casino!

Yes it is quite strange and unprofessional. I noticed that on our website it says that the casino has "Slow or bad customer support" and therefore I am not so surprised if they don't answer. Have you seen it too ?

However, I understand your frustration because I would be angry too and I would like to advise you that if anything comes from the casino, don't hesitate to let us know.

Ya still no kind of communication from them at all but yet keep sending me a thousand deposit bonuses a day but no real person emailed me not once since i gave them my info to verify I think they took my information and using it fraudulently because this is very unlikely not to hear from an casino at all come on now man

I'd say you need to wait a bit, the complaint seems to be updated in the next few days. Next time, mind the casino review first, as Jaro said, we warn about the unresponsiveness. 🤔

I noticed if you don't put your username in the chat they won't respond...I put my username first in the chat then ask a question and they respond

O ya? So what did they tell you when they finally responded to you because I'm yet to get a response and gave them my user name and all in the chat but they respond in chat to me but haven't gotten an single email from then.

I have also received an email from them. My email account I signed up with refuses to send an email with attachments it just stays in "Queued". So I forwarded an email from my back up email to my signup email and forwarded again from main email. It sent successfully but unfortunately they did not accept it at the time but I have written them back about my issue in full detail. Hopefully it will clear things up I have yet to receive a response but it was only about 36hrs ago

I was informed of that but of information via live chat support. Yes, the first payout is always the longest with KYC procedure implemented. Some casinos are faster than others but what really matters is receiving our winnings whether it be a week or two months

No if and buts about it this casino is shady just like the rest i see on here they promoting because it seem like when you report these scam casinos, Casino Guru get all defensive and try to make it like your lying about the casino and then turn down your case even if the casino you reporting did do you wrong so no doubt casino guru is in with these scam casinos im just speaking what i see..

Thank you for your reply. Obviously, it is probably the most important thing that the casino pays out the money in the end. But not everyone seems to have the patience you do. 

I see your situation is still progressing. How long has it been going on? I have a feeling a complaint is in the air. How do you see it?

I understand that you are angry because not being able to get answers and relevant information would make me mad too. But why do you think we are standing up to the casino and are on their side? Your complaint is still going on and the casino and the safety index is 6,7 which is not very good. So why do you have such a nator and why do you say your case was a turn down?

like i said these are scam casinos and they finally got back with me this morning and said i can withdrawl now and when i withdrawled $170 they took $120 from my withdrawl leaving me with $50 and they claiming it was a $50 free spin bonus when it was a $100 max cashout bonus and then told me i gotta make a $10 deposit to get it and they did not mention this at all in the terms and agreement until i withdrawled so im no dummy at all been playing no deposit bonuses for years so i know when im facing shady casinos and this is for sure one of them yall need to work on getting them shutdown then i would say your doing a great job at nailing these scam casinos!
